If you really want to eat the best food in town, just get yourself a nice table and start moving from one "island of dishes" to another, one by one. Such a rich variety of cuisines from all over the world for a good price. Friendly waiters and excellent ambiance.

Great selection and spread of food choices. It had both international as well as local cuisine. Place had enough space and can find a quiet spot for business discussions. Price is on the high side.

Good place for a big treat. Needs help with the roasting section. I was hoping the roast duck will be great. It was disappointing considering this is a Hong Kong-based hotel chain. The Chinese food could be 10 times better. The highlight of the Restaurant is the dessert section. However, it surprisingly do not have whipped cream for the ice... More

We at here for a birthday dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed the offerings of the seafood, steak, sushi (especially) that was so fresh, and well presented. Yes, its pricey, but food, combined with service and location meant it was thoroughly worth the value.

Heat, as with Circles - remain to me as the pre-imminent buffet places in Metro Manila. Thier menu, their panache and their prices firmly keep them on top of many. Take away the prestige that comes with Shangrilas in Manila, Heat delivers a memorable dining experience. Be it breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is bar none. While enjoying your... More

I never have been disappointed with Heat. The food selection is always updated, everything tastes good, the variety is outstanding and service is very good. Reservations staff and dining attendants are very courteous. Deserves the 5-star rating.

Its chaos at Heat! The waiters and managers don't seem to have any coordination. They took out my food and coffee without asking me! The steak at Wagyu night is like rubber! Not recommended.
