Highly recommended. They have special gifts for mom during our stay. Makes our stay extra special. Enjoyed dinning at their pool bar after swimming.

Small rooms. Very expensive room service, definitely better to eat out - plenty of restaurants around. I did not find the location of the hotel particularly pleasant BUT very conveniently located opposite the famous mega mall....so that was great for the insane shopping I indulged into. I was not impressed at all by the hotel...crowded, so much so that I... More

I expected too much from the reviews of the customers. The buffet at Circles Makati Shang was better. Higher priced than that of Circles. Per person cost P1800 plus. I enjoyed eating buffet lunch at Edsa Shangri-la's Heat. The food is simply amazing! They have a wide variety of international cuisines to choose from prepared by specialty master chefs. They were all delicious! Would definitely come back because i experienced exceptional dining at Edsa Shangri-la's Heat.

Food choices and the taste - no complaints! Matched with warm, attentive and professional staff, the Heat certainly lived to its name. If and when in the hotel, a must-try.

Caters for all tastes, including a western palette where roast beef and Yorkshire pudding can be found. Seafood and sushi is good.
