Acclaimed for its famous patented "No Borders Cuisine" - exquisite innovations on well-loved Swiss, Italian, and French creations, Chateau 1771 features an ambience that evokes the charisma and glamour of chic Parisian cafes and matches it with genuine Filipino warmth and hospitality. Menu favorites that have carried on through the years include Potence - beef tenderloin flambeed on metal gallows with a heady hint of brandy; Lemon Chicken - crisp morsels of chicken spiked with the sweet-tangy taste of honey and lemon; and Tomato-Cheese Fondue. Great high end restaurant and good foods

This place will packed especially during weekends! So, make sure you arrive early or make a reservation. I love their foods and their staffs are friendly and helpful! Give it a try if you want to have a romantic and grand environment!

We were all praises we both ordered the same dish chicken r...(forgot but it was basically chicken with rice) it tasted amazing but the day after I got fever, chills and abdominal pain... We've wanted to dine at the Chateau 1771 for quite a while so for our anniversary, we decided to try this multi-awarded restaurant. PROS: Topnotch service: Staff was friendly, polite, attentive and knowledgeable with the components of the dishes they serve. Their manager even asked for our feedback via sms the day after our dinner. The food, oh goodness, the... More

The best restaurant in Greenbelt by far. The steak is delicious and a couple of times we have even been given free deserts :) Once when we complained later about the food (we still ate it as were so hungry!) they called us and offered us a free steak if we returned!! Since that one issue the steak has remained... More

There was that time prior to my discovery of another restaurant that I had 3 dinners in a row at Chateau 1771. And sea bass was great. On one visit, I learned they have taken it off the menu. Still good eats, and we especially liked booking the private room at the end for small meetings.

This has to be one of the best fine dining restaurants in Makati. Yes in Greenbelt V and not inside a five star hotel. A very extensive menu offering a delightful variety of unique culinary dishes. Also large and interesting wine list. Just unusual to be in a shopping mall.

I have eaten at this place five or six times now and I return because it is usually a dependable restaurant for quality and service, tonight I got neither. Firstly, starter was fine, although prawns seemed over-cooked....but reasonable. Then came the main, which is where it started to go down hill, the house special of beef tenderloin and two sides... Me and my business associates decided to have lunch at Chateau 1771. The ambiance is classy, refined. We tried their business lunch, which is perfect fit for your budget. I tried their beef business lunch, while my associates had the King Prawn Linguini. The business lunch set also comes with a free juice. A must try!
