Chateau 1771 is located in the fabulous Greenbelt 5. It's facade is beautiful and its interiors elegant. It's good for business meetings but it can also be a great place for romantic and intimate dinners. Service is good and waiting time is just right. Oh, and price? On the high-end. Now the food. I had pan seared Seabass which tasted... More

my personal belief in eating out is if its something you can have at home why pay for it for twice as much when eating out. On my third visit to this place for lunch. And basically we love it to bits. The biz lunch chicken, small as it was was very tasty .with sides of asparagus and brown rice.perfectly done .not... More

Go-to. Oh apparently, the app requires me to write at least one hundred words. But what else is there to say? If you're in the Greenbelt5 area, this is a fail-proof place for business lunch. Great ambience. Kind and attentive service. Delicious food. Well, that's really just it, isn't it?

I had time and wanted to try something new in greenbelt , French sounded great and I gave it a try. Conclusion : nice atmosphere, friendly waiters ( which is anyway the case almost everywhere here) very tasty eggplant cream and variations of toasted bred as entry , tasty mushroom soup with a consistency I like and a 5hours cooked... Had dinner. Food was decent. Service was agreeable. Unfortunately, there was a fashion show being put on adjacent to the restaurant and the music from the show was terribly loud. The music was distracting and quite loud and overshadowed the meal. There was a good selection of entrees to choose from.

Here's a run down of our recent lunch visit: Ambiance: Light, airy, formal without being stiff. Wait Staff: The servers who catered to our table were obviously trainees as they kept leaving us when we ask questions then comes back abruptly with answers that are no longer relevant. They were not pro active as well -- there were flies circling... More

The restaurant provide the compliment basket of bread and dip, not sure what that is called, but it was very nice. We had 2 appitizers which were great. The main dish salmon fillet and chicken are also nice. Whiskey sour for my boyfriend is also a great mix. Good food, friendly staffs.

I asked for Potence, medium well. It came as black burnt even BEFORE the flambe part. I was skeptical at first bec it was dinner, and I couldn't tell if it was just because of the lighting, but the meat was really charred bad that it was already bitter. Meat was tough as jerky and not worth the price I... More

First, don't come to late at this restaurant because they're not flexible and they will push you to eat. Except that, the service was good and waiters very smily and pleasant. Some plates are good but others very bad: the raclette looked very poor.

Visited here for a dinner on a business trip and was incited in by the menu and decor. This place has a great atmosphere for a special night out and does have a few unique items on the menu. I tried the flamed steak which came with a few options for sides; I had 2 orders of veggies, that came... More

Description
Acclaimed for its famous patented "No Borders Cuisine" - exquisite innovations on well-loved Swiss, Italian, and French creations, Chateau 1771 features an ambience that evokes the charisma and glamour of chic Parisian cafes and matches it with genuine Filipino warmth and hospitality. Menu favorites that have carried on through the years include Potence - beef tenderloin flambeed on metal gallows with a heady hint of brandy; Lemon Chicken - crisp morsels of chicken spiked with the sweet-tangy taste of honey and lemon; and Tomato-Cheese Fondue. Today, as it has been for almost twenty-five years, Chateau 1771 remains an important meeting place for discerning minds and refined palates.
