One of the best quinoa soups I found in peru. The price was very low. The waiters very attentive. A group of musicians, Pachamama, serenaded us with beautiful music, and we bought their CD.

Would not recomend this place, mains were small and looked more like childs portion. Though soup was ok. Picas 10 cm diameter and not impresive at all.

Had a very slowly paced meal here whilst staying in the hotel, food was disappointing. The wine however was so good i had to drink two bottles of it ! Average experience.

I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but it was really decent, brick oven in the front, pizza was really good but you definitely have to try the ceviche, I would definitely go back if I'm ever in Puno again, we were a family of 6 and we expend about 150 soles, about 45 dollars. Credit cards some times are not accepted,... More

We stopped by for a quick lunch at the recommendation of our tour guide. The restaurant was filled with locals after a parade and celebration on the square. Our lunch order was simple but it took quite awhile to deliver to our table. We ordered mushroom soup, a grilled chicken sandwich and the guacamole appetizer. Each was delicious.

We arrived late in Puno and wanted something quick and filling as it was already 9 pm. Sadly the set menu at this place did not deliver. The service (once they get you in the door) is poor, slow and disorganised. We waited ages for soup starter and mains were pathetically tiny. A small childs portion.

Decided to try this place based on the 18 soles set menu and the promise of a free pisco sour. Big mistake and the pisco sour never arrived! The soup starter was actually OK, however my main course was the most pathetic portion of Pollo a la Plancha you'll ever see. The deserts we ordered were not correct and had... More

We were told by our tour guide that this restaurant is a good place for a "quick" lunch before heading for the next spot and this restaurant has Wifi, which is a very convenient thing for tourists. Well, we waited about 50 minutes for the order and the restaurant Wifi didn't work, which also means they couldn't take credit card.... More

After 11 days of chicken, trout and potatoes, pizza sounded great and Hacienda was a great find. Almost everyone had a handmade pizza and agreed that they hit the spot. Excellent flavors and the wood grilled was the selling point. One in the group had trout and liked our pizza much better.

A lot of the restaurants on the main strip look pretty much the same, so I went into Hacienda for some lunch on a Sunday afternoon and was initially the only person in there – bit uncomfortable being the only person in a large restaurant! The food was pretty basic – I had alpaca steak with mushroom sauce, which was... More
