The recommendations did not fail here - unbelievable restaurant, right on the Plaza of Puno. We tried two different kinds of trout fish and we licked our fingers! Good service and great view, reasonably priced (midrange I would say - but backpackers should try it!).

Excellent service, friendly staff and good food. I think the place is run by an American lady. Pizza is average but try the starters, especially the bruschetta!

Restaurant was suggested by guide. Close to the central square so very convenient. We had a beef dish, grilled trout and the grilled vegetables all got a thumbs up. Good food at very reasonable price.

On Friday Aug 5th we arrived to Mojsa restaurant, with no pre-booking. After a surprising short wait of about 2 minutes we were escorted to the upper level which is a bar + tables area. The location was frozen due to a window that cannot be closed. We were left unattended, nobody has brought us a menu, and a waiter... More

I highly recommend this restaurant. The service is rather slow, but the outstanding food is worth the wait. I highly recommend the chicken Parmesan. The homemade pomodoro sauce is to die for! The restaurant also has outstanding pizzas, and a good wine list.

We ate in this restaurant an appetizer, a main disk and an appetizer. The appetizers - soup and bruschetta- were really good. The main menu- sirloin steaks- were average and the third disk a brownie was good.

Try their quinoa savory cakes with picante sauce. Pizza vegetariano is ok and if you don't like too much cheese, I would say order something else. Gets busy after 6pm so book a table if you can. Good view of the plaza de armas especially from the balcony tables. 70 soles for two appetizers, one pizza and a coco tea.... More

Had been recommended here by our guide but really just wanted a simple Pizza and beer. This was no trouble to the owner who treated us extremely well and gave us one of the 2 balcony tables on request. (recommend you book) Service was fast and friendly and the Mojsa Pizza with a thin crispy crust was superb, and the... More

Went in with my family right off the street, planning to just have some broth on our first day in Puno, but as soon as we opened the menu we couldn't resist trying out Mosja's dishes. They were fantastic. I had the alpaca steak with a lovely quinoa and barley risotto. It was fantastic, the best alpaca I have tasted... More

The four of us really enjoyed our meals and the ambiance was nice and the service was great! The price was very reasonable and some of the portions were quite large.
