We went to find Pipa's after reading so many reviews on it. We finally wound our way through very narrow and bumpy dirt roads and finally found it. Bar is actually on the beach front. We only had a beer as the menu that day was not what we were looking for. The staff was pretty friendly and spoke fairly... More

This is a local bar and restaurant located right on the beach. The food is very tasty and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I had an excellent Passion Fruit Margarita and Sangria. I actually enjoyed my food a lot.

The beach was very calm and nice, food decent but not spectacular, a great place to relax. When you drive down the sand road, you think you will never get there, but you do... And it is hard packed enough that getting stuck is not a real issue. That was a concern of mine, but not to worry. A bit... More

for Farallon it might be the best food in town. according to the rest of the world it would be far below average. but just as woody's, you don't have a choice. all the food will definitely not kill you but the taste just sucks. no attention to detail at all. and be aware of renting a the most expensive... Your have to get there by car if you are not in the zone. Good music and friendly service. But we went on friday a working day. It is nice place to stopped for drinks and the menu is varied. We must remember that it is not a fancy restaurant, it is located on the beach. We can not demand... More

My wife and I stopped here for drinks while strolling on the beach from Playa Blanca Beach Resort. We ordered caipirinhas. Delicious. Friendly service. Beautiful ocean front view.

Not sure what the locals are used to when they so highly recommended Pipa's but obviously we're accustomed to something different. The place is literally at the end of the road in Farallone which is okay. Better have a car to get there though unless you're intentionally walking the beach and stumble in. Our drinks were passable; how can you... More

Went there for lunch. Sat there for 2 hours. Watched countless of people get their food and drink after we had ordered. Tried not to cause a problem in hopes the food would arrive. Finally after 2.5 hours we left. Disappointed.

Located at the end of the road this area is typical sand road to a parking lot abd beach. Pipas is a combo of locals and exploring gringos. Local beer $2.50. Mixed lineup of local food topped by $25 lobster plate. Fresh red snapper seemed most popular at about $12 with side. No pavement or tile here....your feet are in... More
