In a group of about 27, we arrived at the Port in Colon and each of us had our choice of where to eat. About ten chose this restaurant., Seated on the terrazzo outside. We were greeted immediately - even before sitting - and welcomed...by the waiter. Our meals were served and each was reported as delicious. The servings were large, the food hot. One of our party had a birthday, and after speaking with the waiter, not only did he present a flan, but with a candle!! And the banjo player wandering the food court gave a hardy edition of the HB song. My ceviche was wonderful - fresh and with crisp lettuce and crackers. A very healthy serving. My beer cold. I did find beer at $3.50 pricey, however, this is a tourist area. The ceviche was cheaper than I normally pay at $ 7.50. My friends found the prices good for the amount of food they got. I will certainly return to this restaurant when at the port. Thanks for a lovely lunch and great service and great food.More

They charged us $8.90 for 2 Panama Beers, that's the equivalent of a Pabst beer. You can go to the grocery store around the corner & get them for .55 a can or you can get beer next door at Rotana for half the price.

Some times you have a feel for a Restaurant and i did with this one ..Its a large place.colorful with tables inside and also outside on the veranda .It was also busy. Unnfortunately we did not have time for a meal but the dishes that...were on the menu looked okay,,,so being Lebanese meant Lebanese and mediteranean meals plus western orientated meals as well So we settled for the local beers outside under the covered veranda ..There was also free wi fi and we just sat and chatted and chilled out ..it was that kind of atmosphere .More

We went there because of Trip Advisor. It is a large, plain place with both indoor and outdoor seating, overlooking the cruise ship harbor. Many of the other customers appeared to be Europeans, off the boat. We shared cevice (only corvina and octopus) then each...had sort of a Lebanese wrap sandwich, served on a toasted flour tortilla-like roll. Mine was kifta, ground lamb, in sort of a stew with potatoes and salad greens. My partner had a similar dish, and we each had a watery Panama beer (no fault of the restaurant, but it is what they had). Not exactly world-class cuisine but in this sad-looking port city it certainly served as lunch.More

Great menu selections, a bit over priced for hummus and pita. Outdoor atmosphere is a nice vibe with family or friends.

There is nothing over the top about this restaurant, but if you are in Colon and looking for good Middle Eastern food, then come here. I have found you really can’t go wrong with Lebanese, no matter where and this place doesn’t disappoint. Service is...good; atmosphere casual.More

Friends had actually recommended this place but to he honest it was a horrible experience. Nobody is there to great you as you come in, I found a table on my own and as I sat down I actually had to call a waiter to...ask for the menu because nobody seemed to notice the lack of it on our table after 10 minutes After ordering it took almost 25 minutes to get our food. For a Restaurant not full and our table being only for 2, I'd have expected a much better service than the one we received. Taste might have been great but the overall service didn't make it worth it at allMore

Good food, nice ambience, outdoor view of the harbor; excellent coffee. Located within the cruise ship port of Colon 2000 with very pleasant casinos (even for non-gamblers), a major super market chain, a five/star hotel, souvenir shops, a major electronic store chain, etc.

I am always skeptical about the restaurants that are not serving native food in a foreign country and appear to have an artificially high following because they have a monopoly on the cruise ship population. So I expected this restaurant to be fair. WoW was...I wrong. So go with the Lebanese. Hummus was incredible, flavorful and creamy, The pita was decent enough and we put the dreamy spread away on the very hot day. Now that we were regaining our strength we had a Peruvian chicken which was spit roasted and rubber herbs. The skin was crispy and the meat could not have been more tender and perfectly seasoned. The steward sandwich was also good with alternating crispy and chewy bites. The staff was incredibly appreciative of our zeal and enjoyment of the food. They were incredibly sweet and understood our wanting our water iced on such a hot day. And whatever language challenges we had we were able to get all that we need and in fact form a connectionMore

Coming out of the rain forest and after a day in Panama the last thing you are longing for is a Lebanese restaurant. But the reality is that of the few restaurants by the port, the busiest and most appealing seemed to be serving middle...eastern fare. We had been hoping for some version of Central American cooking but were so hungry after our excursion. SO, don't fight it. Order the humous, maybe two, but also get the ceviche--a nod to the Americas. And get the Peruvian chicken. It is amazing. We had an authentic meal, promptly served, although we spoke no words in common, slaked our thirst and went back to our ship stunned and satisfied. JUST GO!More
