Visited Monal Rawalpindi few days back and their buffet spread had something for everyone. From Bar B Que to Continental and from pan Asian to Italian, they had everything. Great value for money and it is the place for family dinner and for company get-together....Very nice ambiance with great valet service and it has a great view of twin cities from its roof top sitting.More

Went for high tea to Monal downtown Murree Road Rawalpindi. First of all, there was lack of parking space. Inside, the hall was jam packed with no observation of Covid SOPs. Food was of very low quality and pakoras as well as fried chicken were...stale. Tea was not hot. Overall, a terrible experience with lack of choice and very low quality food. Will never go again.More

A lively place. Bit expensive but awesome place to eat. Delivery of food is also possible. All dishes are super and you can order a variety of dishes. Booking must be done as it’s mostly crowded.
we came for lunch at Monal Downtown Rawalpindi and had an amazing experience in food, The staff was wonderful and professional. Service was outstanding and well managed.
My first time visit was not up to the mark at all. I did not opt for a buffet but rather ordered food for the family, the restaurant does not have ambience environment at all, you feel like sitting right in front of crowd, chairs...and tables are as if you are in some school or in office. Food is insanely expensive for no good reason, we ordered one half chicken karahi, one mutton briyani, 4 mutton seekh kabab and the bill was 5200!!! Unimaginable and mind boggling. Food quality was average, not the greatest, briyani was way worse and karahi was dry almost and mutton reshmi kabab were the only thing acceptable but 4 for 1300 is way too much. Presentation was so so. I visit so many restaurants all over Pakistan and honestly speaking this one is way over-rated for no reason. This part of Pakistan sure has more money in people's pocket which is why people go to such crappy restaurants for no reason. My advice is to stay away from this place.More

This is one of the better eating places in Rawalpindi, specially if you are fond of Pakistani food. Located in a four story building with a levish open air set up at the top, the ambiance and decor is nice. As for the food, the...cooking standard is good. We took the buffet which had a nice variety of Pakistani, Chinese, Thai and Italian dishes. The BBQ items were good. The curries were reasonable. Live music on the open air top floor was really nice. A buffet will cost you around 1700 per head with drinks. There is limited parking space outside and one would have to park on the sides or in the street.More
Monal downtown is situated in Saddar area on Murree Road of Rawalpindi, the busy happening and buzz place. They have multi storied building with lower levels for a buffet and then the other levels for ordering as you wish. They have indoor seating as well...as rooftop one, which is simply amazing. Also live music is marvellous with local folk singers singing famous classical songs. Staff is well mannered and helpful. Then the food is simply delicious and feels like the amount of ingredients are perfectly managed to give the food the taste what it has to be. They have variety in Pakistani food, some arabic, chinese and some continental as well. There is a small issue for parking when crowded.More
My husband and I along with a couple of friends visited this excellent restaurant aftergoing shopping. It was truly amazing with a wide range of pakistani western and English dishes. It was a buffet style with at least 50 different types of dishes and a...large variety of snacks and desserts plus beverages. They were a set price all you can eat. The only down side was there were no soft drinks.More
We’ve been here with a group of 7. The rooftop bar is so beautiful and the food was very very tasty!! We just loved it!
