Best Fillet Stake I’ve ever had in the world, with a pepper sauce to die for! Amazing staff with a cozy atmosphere. I really wish this was my local restaurant!

With the tremendous variety of restaurants in Astoria, it's always nice to come here as a reliable spot. Great food (including the freshest seafood), intimate ambiance and a small, but lively bar area make Stove one of my favorite places to eat.

Every dish is great, try the specials, they never disappoint. The service is very good, not overly friendly but this is a neighborhood gem. A good walk from the train and parking isn't ideal so a cab is prob the best way to go. We go often with our son, not overly kid friendly.

The food and service was excellent at this place. The appetizer, the main course, and the dessert were all excellent. My steak was cooked nearly to perfection! I highly recommend this place!

I have frequented Stove lately and it has become my go to place for gorgeous food and a great atmosphere and happy & helpful staff. Their warm goat cheese salad is amazing and all of their daily dishes are superb. Its not a central location, but worth the walk from the train or the cab ride into astoria for the... More

I ended up at this restaurant on recommendation from my hotel. It was charming and warm (no small feat when it was 15 degrees F outside). It seems to be geared towards carnivores but they were very willing to accomodate my vegetarian requests and even went off the menu. The waitstaff was nice, genuine and fun to chat with.

My husband and I have visited majority of the restaurants here in Astoria. We actually saw "Stove" on tripadvisor and decided to try it. A lot of the restaurants in Astoria match(or are similar) to casual Manhattan. The difference to me is: The food being equal to the atmosphere you pay for. Unfortunately, though the food was pretty good, and... More

Great and cozy restaurant on an otherwise barren stretch of 28th Ave. Warm and friendly service from waitresses with real Irish (?) brogues. Have had dinner and brunch there, and thoroughly enjoyed both. Looking forward to taking advantage of their outdoor garden this summer.
