This place was recommended by our guide and it was excellent. The menu is typically Moroccan with some regional specialties and seafood. Beer and wine is available at good prices. There was a female vocalist who sang beautifully and unobstrusively. The atmosphere is very attractive with several side rooms with two or three tables. We ate in one of them... More

We went here with another couple for dinner. Food was good, but not the best we had. Also a bit pricey. But for a nice night out with some wine a live music good :) set menu price and wine list was good! The owner is a unique. She is quite crumpy but that's part of the experience, right?

The food here is good and it does have the advantage of selling alcohol, the service was friendly and live music was on, but I'm not sure the food is worth two or three times the cost of other restaurants in Essaouira

Most tables were reserved when we arrived, probably because there was live music (pretty appalling in our view, but I guess it's a matter of taste ). The staff were friendly & very entertaining (waiter dancing whilst serving) & the food fine. Wine available.

I visit here every time I come to Essaouira. Great food and wine and you'll often find entertainment. The manageress is great and goes out of her way to accommodate you. For good Moroccan cuisine with French flair.

The restaurant seemed nice, though fairly empty when we visited & staff were friendly. Sadly the harira soup, which contained chicken according to the menu, had not a morsel of chicken in it. The lamb couscous contained no lamb whatsoever. The lamb was eventually delivered in a separate bowl when pointed out to staff. The waiter initially claimed harira soup... More
