Taken there for lunch by brother-in-law and not expecting much. Another joint with the normal spicy stuff, I thought. But I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered nasi kerabu, one more rice dish with chicken and satay. All were above average. My favourite was the nasi kerabu. Then came my favourite - the sambal belacan. Being a chilli-head, this made my... More

I went to their branch at Paradigm Mall, it was highly rated by a friend of mine.Their chef recommendation doesn't really live up to expectation and the service was poor during dinner on a friday even though it was only less the quarter full. The ambience is good but like i said even their chef recommendation doesn't give a good... More

When I entered the restaurant, we didn't make any reservation so it was a full house. Even though there was only 2 of us (me and sis), we had to book for a 4 seater as we had planned to order a lot from the menu and had to convinced the server that it was a necessary step. At first... More

The food here is definitely recommended. Authentic, well-presented and with a good selection of desserts and drinks. Like many Asian venues, the AC is cranked up a bit high, and coupled with some pretty stark furniture, the place looks and feels a little cold. But again, the food is excellent and the restaurant is recommended.

Had a business lunch here today. Reserved the place after triple confirming availability of vegetarian options. However, upon arriving with my fellow colleagues i ordered a vegetarian pasta from the menu. Waiter took it down. Returned 5 minutes later to say it is not available & recommended the second vegetarian pasta option on the menu. Went along. 10 minutes later... More

We had a later Saturday evening meal at this restaurant which serves a range of middle eastern dishes. The portions are ample but prices are a little higher than similar restaurants, in and around this area. The service is good with waitstaff offering helpful insights to customers not familiar with this type of cuisine.

Good food and fast service. We were in a group of 7 and were served in less than 15 minutes. We had nasi ambang, serai platters, nasi kerabu, thyme chicken and beef steak. The teh serai and milky bandung were nice too. However, the prices were a bit higher than normal asian food restaurants. But the ambience was nice. Would... More

The facade and location will definite has an edge to attractive walk-in. Popular office working crowds in jaya 14 mall, the multiple cuisine is a very loud to suit all. Prices are at mid high. Today ordered fried mixed vegetables with blue rice.

This was my first time in Malaysia and I don't know the food at all well. I asked a colleague to recommend somewhere near the hotel that was a local's place and served authentic food, and this was what she recommended. It's in the Empire shopping mall, so I also got to look in the unfamiliar shops (though sadly, too... More
