This is one of my regular places to have breakfast and when we have guests in town. Never disappoints. Very tender beef with noodles and a chili sauce (on the side, that you can purchase) that packs a kick. The soup is unique as in it is the only one i've found that has horse radish in the soup as... We always ensure that we include this restaurant for lunch whenever we are back to KK as the taste of the beef noodles is very different if compared with the ones available in KL. Must try their red chili sauce as it's really hot with a hint of sourness.

I have touring around Malaysia and have been looking for the best beef noodles soup. This shop has scored the highest point for the beef noodles soup. The sauce is a little bit sweet which has covered the flavour of beef smell.

Because of the hype created, I went with an expectation to be blown away. I was not. It was not bad but was nothing special either. Just any normal bowl of ngau chap. Give it a try if you have never tried one before :)

The portion is huge for a small eater like me. Their broth/soup is rich in beef flavour, although I'm not a big fan of it but still bearable. The service is quite good and our food was served in timely manner.

Been around a while. Very well received recipies. No nonsense. Very salty but tasty. A local gem. Whole place run by immigrants from Indonesia but lady boss takes your orders and collect your cash.

Simply put Kah Hiong is excellent! Cheap prices, excellent portion sizes, tasty beef and a wide selection of choices. The homemade chilli is excellent, and can be bought by the bottle from the counter. Attentive service, quick to serve. Can not understand how anyone could ever have a bad thing to say about Kah Hiong.
