Tasty food but dim-sun only for breakfast

Good Chinese food. We went there for lunch as we wanted some dim sums, but they are offered just for breakfast.

Fast friendly service the Dim Sum was outstanding. We also ordered black bean chicken superb. Bustling fun place to visit with the family.

It's a nice local place in the heart of Georgetown. We cam here with kids for a Dim Sum brunch. Parking could be an issue but we were lucky to get a place very nearby. The service is good, a lot of aunties going around with their dimsum carts, and they speak decent English. All the dishes we tried were... More

We were in the middle of choosing from so many deliciously sounding things on the menu when the 'flight-attendants' started coming with their trollies full of more awesomeness. It is tasty, cheap and fun place to eat.

This restaurant was amazing; so good, we ate here twice during our stay in Penang. The restaurant was very busy but we were always quickly shown to a table. The service is wonderful - fast and friendly. We absolutely loved the fish curry - the gravy was absolutely smashing. As others have commented as well, the dim sum that is... More

We love coming here, you are right in with the locals and the food is great. This busy open air Resturant really does ooze everything about Penang. There is no air-conditioning but lots of fans on the walls. It gets really hot but hey you are in Penang. The large tables were all full with locals mainly having share plates.... More

There were so many types of dumplings, meats, and buns to choose from. The adorable ladies serving you are always quick to smile and explain what you're looking at. Two of us left stuffed for 40RM.

We never got to the bottom of it, but dim sum was not available the day we went. But never mind, the regular menu is terrific - good honest tasty Chinese (heavily Cantonese is our guess) cooking. Wok tossed Chinese vegetables were outstanding, sliced whole chicken was tender, juicy and delicious, fried rice light and tasty. Overall good value, the... More

This is one of the few places in Penang which still sells a variety of dim sum on a push cart with steam powered by gas tanks! If the carts do not have what you want, feel free to let the servers know and they will bring straight from the kitchen.

We met our friends and their two children, 10 and 12, for dinner. We were able to order wonderful dim sum. Had a bunch of the dumplings. We ordered the Soya fish which was excellent. Prawns were good but very messy. We didn't receive any napkins which was odd. Had to get the paper from the bathroom for our table.... More
