Ask for duck egg to get the extra "om".Along the same row, afew stalls away u can get "chendol" as good as the one... More

A place for locals to eat local food at local prices. The quality is good and the variety will cover most all the hawker food varieties.

I visit Batu Lanchang Market Food Court solely for the chinese stall pasembur. I have tried other places but they are no match to the one served here. Waiting period to eat-in or take-away can be quite a while during peak hours but otherwise, it's worth the wait.

Loved the food, yes it is what you pay for but food was clean tasty and the ambience was beautiful. Loved the cendol reminded me of when I use to have it years ago. Can't wait to visit again next year.

Many nice & cheap hawker food could be found here, but the one I would recommend is the popiah & "Mou Dak Deng" char koay teow. Both are the hot seller among others. Besides, the other local favorites are pasembur & nyonya kuihs. For those who like to go for all these, please be early to avoid crowd, especially during... More

Whip me with a wet noodle, if you must. I suppose I deserve some kind of penance for the following confessions: It looks OK, and tastes OK, but it’s shadow char kway teow. It really isn’t the same char kway teow from Lorong Selamat or MacAlister Roundabout. It’s a shadow of that char kway teow. In a word, it was... More

I am purely focusing on the ice-kacang and cendul by Tony. He stall is located in the mid section of the food court. What sets his ice-kacang apart from the others is the flavouring and the use of other ingredients. Ice-kacang is a sweet dessert comprising shaved ice, red bean, grass jelly, sweet corn, palm seed and peanuts. Topped by... More
