Ipoh is known for Chicken Rice and the best is at Restoran Nasi Ayam Pak Kong. Strongly recommended. Much much better than the tourist recommendations of Lou Wong & Onn Kee Restaurant. Can come around 2plus to 3pm to avoid the lunch crowd Would recommend...More

Char siew was nice. Steamed chicken was smooth but below my expectation. The rice was fragrant. Went barely 10 minutes after they opened, crowd was building up steadily. Would recommend. Clean n friendly staff. We also bought the pickled vegetables.
