Interesting Vietnamese/Thai fusion dishes. You will definitely enjoy the dishes. Don't forget a dish which I remember as "Men Come" something like "Rojak" but with many other varient ingredients.

Food was basically satisfactory but we felt it was too expensive and there was no itemise billing, without which we felt cheated. Nonetheless, the service was alright. Fairly disappointing dining experience.
We have visited twice and indeed a great experience eating Indonesian & Thai food. Appeared to be very authentic in taste, little spicy though. Price is reasonable compared to portion. I would strongly recommend Kim Bali if you're planing for a trip to Ipoh.
