We went to the Original place at the other side of the town. Nice satay (chicke and beef). Nice sause to go with it. A lot of local people so the quality is good. The next day we found out that they also have a restaurant near the stadium which was on walking distance from our hotel.

Parking not easy to get. Restaurant located at the corner of the traffic junction. Food served quite fast. The satays was warm which we think it might have been grilled earlier then reheat back. This makes the grilled chicken meat tough when eating. The satay sauce was good. Preferred the satays to be hot when served to customers not warm.

1st time visited and quite disappointed as the chicken satay is so hard and over burnt. No fatty resulted the meat is not juicy!!! Nasi lemak sambal too sweet cum salty but the santan rice is good.

The location of the restaurant was quite stracgically at the corner of the shoplot and sited besided the main road toward to the famous Teluj Chempedak Beach. Restaurant was small but two storey structure. Environment was nice but it was not luxury or tranditional type setup. Service was below average or can say bad after stepped in and sit down.... More

Pleasent satay place that has been one of the main stays if you want a satay joint. Lamb satay was much nicer than the chicken and the menu has expanded to include nasi lemak / dagang, local curries and soto. Reasoably succelent but felt abit industrial in taste, and from my many visits over the years, seemed to have levelled... More

So much better than kajang satay, at least the satay contains more chicken meat than skin. The sauce is ok. The surrounding is clean and the waiters are efficient. The satays are consider cheap.

Environment : Traditional design with lots of seats. Foods : Ordered Satay Beef , Lamb & Chicken. We like the taste of Lamb satay most. The satay sauce also our taste. Staff : Nice and efficient. Won't delay much of time.

The satay is still good albeit a bit bitey / rubbery. Not as fresh & juicy per last visit and memory, where I dine there for dinner for 2 continuous nights in 2012. The rice with fried chicken (PT)..... Don't bother. It has gone down the drain.

I gave a second visit to this establishment, this time to the original restaurant located along Jln Alor Akar (on the way to Teluk Cempedak). This time around I am delighted to report a much positive comment, after the dismal outcome to my first visit to the branch at Putra Square several months ago. Food 4/5 Service 4/5 Accessibility 3/5... More
