This restaurant claimed that their ingredients are organic. So we decided to give it a try. Had chicken soup base for the steamboat. The ingredients are fresh and 2 of us had enough to eat for the $50 set steamboat.

We paid for 20RM each for steamboat. The portion is enough to fill tummy. But the taste is just average for me. The soup base need to be much better to be said as famous steamboat.

Our 1st time at Kwan Kee Steamboat restaurant on 20 Aug 2016, our 2nd night in Cameron Highlands. It was recommended by a friend....but what a let-down !! Someone should bring this incident to higher authority and this restaurant should close down immediately. If we were not still waiting for some family members to join us at the table, i... More

Charcoal steam in the late evening where the weather is cold. The vegetables are fresh. Service is fast. Do call in advance if you want to wait too long. Seats are limited. Price is reasonable too.

The food and service was nothing to shout about. They were reluctant to change the stove after the incident. Workers were inattentive. Go spend your money elsewhere.

Not all the dishes we ate was good. It was quite hot inside the restaurant. Service is a bit slow. We went in because it was recommended by Tripadvisor

Tried the charcoal steamboat here. Food was good. Service not bad. Price seems reasonable to me. Go early if you do not want to wait in a Long queue. Only set back was the rice didn't seem so clean.

We were tired, it was late, there were seats available and a little green TripAdvisor sign in the side, so we took a table. First charcoal steamboat experience for French friends so high hopes were hanging. There was a couple of big tables of locals so that is always a good sign. The lady who served us bunch of foreigners... More

Heard it's a famous steamboat restaurant.. There's a long waiting queue.. Try to go early.. They've got 3 types of soup to choose from herbal, chicken and tomyam.. They also have dishes you can order off the menu. Food is good.. A group of 9 of us paid about 35 per head for alot of food..
