The kaya and coffee is good. But not when the service is pack. The boss will pull a Long face towards customer. It's fine. But not until we get scolded for not speaking in mandarin!?!? That's sounds ridiculous to us. Since majority of the customers are Malay. What's wrong for not speaking mandarin in Malaysia?! !! Obviously the old man... More

This restaurant is a legend for the toast bread served with kaya, butter and half-boiled egg. Many people visited it for breakfast even on weekdays. Their nasi tumpang and nasi dagang are very well recommended too

A small, but famous outlet of yesteryears; still a force to be reaconed with. Used to be a place where the elite of the Palace and the top State civil servants used to gather. I guess since it is Kota Bharu and it is a quite town at night, the locals will meet up here for coffee and toast bread. They also have quite a variety of choices which is good to try. Nasi Tumpang, Nasi Berlauk and its toast bread and egg is a must try.
