Great foods, good view. You need to be there early at around 5.30pm to get a seat. Else it will be full from 6pm onward.

We decided to have lunch here since Restoran Rahmat was full! we saw a lot of diners were ordering crabs and mantau bread. we werent in the mood for crabs today. ordered the siakap fish sweet sour, butter prawn, fried cuttlefish and baby kailanz Food were tasty and affordable. Only complaint is that there is only 2 person that is... More

My kids always enjoy going to Todak whenever we visit JB. The fact that they get to see live seafood is a real treat for them. It is a place that is normally packed by 6.30pm onwards thus it is advisable to go early to get a seat. Having eaten there quite a number of times... the seafood most worth... More

Came here 2nd time and enjoy their fresh seafood. The price is quite reasonable compared to Singapore price. This time came and finished earlier before the crowd comes in. And so happened to see the beautiful sunset.

Crossed the border from Singapore to treat ourselves to great meals and this did not disappoint!! Came in with an empty stomach and left a very happy guy! Went to Todak for lunch (heard dinners were packed) and luckily got seats in the shade. Was greeted by fresh seafood - you can pick out the ones you want specifically if... More

Had dinner with family here. It is situated in a quiet corner near some housing estate, 10km from town. They serve seafood and prices are high. The dishes are nothing special. Will not go again.

- Fresh, tasting seafood at a good price - Service was poor though, understandably given how busy they were, but rice did not get served even when we reminded them many times

m frequent customer always with family having meals here. The best price is the crab! Other than that golden bun and japan snail is also very fresh. I cant stop having my meals there. The ambiance is great. one negative part is the service sometimes is a bit not so efficient due to too many people. Waited for quite sometime... More

Winning factor is simply the price, it's cheap vs SG pricing. Cooking wise is mediocre, freshness is acceptable, not exceptional. Garoupa was very fresh, best served steamed. Drunken prawns were decent, freshness similar to prawns served at international buffets. Chilli crab wasn't impressive, calm soup tasted like lettuce soup although we ordered chinese wine clam soup. I had much better... More
