While living in Fukushima I asked a local where I could find good rarmen, and this is where he took me. A small place with seating for 15, but the matriarch of the restaurant decides how full its going to be as she invites groups in on the waiting list one-by-one. The chef prepares each bowl with precision. The pork ramen was 1850 yen, and was fantastic. Get your name on the list, prepare to wait, but prepare to experience something many of the locals won't tell you about.
