Decided to visit as we were close by and very glad we did. We did the Y1200 deal which is Ramon, dumplings and beer. Ramon broth is delicious and the thin noodles are fresh and cooked perfect.

Tried a few ramen in kyushu, this is by far the best with the nicest broth. Thin noodle and the tastiest so far

I went here to try the special TohoShinShin ramen. It was crowded due to lunch time. It took a while for my ramen, and I was satisfied with what I got. It was really delicious.

Now, this was stenchy! I was so eager to dive into this Hakata ramen that I missed to take a nice pic, but it would not show the boar taint anyway, no matter how thick it was. You can smell it from around the corner,...More

I tried this ramen after having tried the famous Ichiran and Ippudo ones, and I have to say that I enjoyed my bowl of Shin Shin more than the former two. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were thin and firm and went...More
