関東中心の僕からしたら、『ちんや』のすき焼きは驚くことばかり! お肉を一気に投入し、砂糖をたっぷり使用!そして、お肉の出汁で野菜を食べる! 「こんな作り方するの!?」と、食べる前からワクワクさせてくれる☆ また、ベテランのお母様達がマンツーマンで「美味しくな~れ♪×2」なんて言いながら 作ってくれるため、童心に返ったようなホンワカした気持ちになる♪ 作っている間も、お店の歴史などを聞かせてくれるため、退屈せずに過ごせるのもいい(^^) 選び抜かれた九州産の黒毛和牛は、ジューシーで甘みが強いのだが さっぱりしていて食べやすく、箸が止まらない! 砂糖と醤油で、これだけ美味しく食べられるなんて感動だ!
