It is not a cheap restaurant, they only have fix priced menús, starting at 55usd per person. It can get more expensive depending on the quality of the meat you choose. Let me get the bad out of the way. Only one of the restaurant staff has a good command of English and the menu is entirely in Japanese. We were glad to have had dinner at this restaurant in Nikko. We are wagyu fanatics and this restaurant is right up our street, offering wagyu beef from many places in Japan, even Sendai (which was the cheapest BTW). This is a place worth visiting during your stay in Nikko! Short taxi ride from Nikko station. ( ~1000 yen) Ask your hotel to make a reservation (last order at 7.30 pm). This was a real nice find on our trip to Nikko. Hungry for steak, we taxi'd to this location (based only on the picture from TA) where we were met outside by the one of the waiters.
