This is a great introduction to Hokkaido-style "shio" ramen and a nice alternative to other outlets of the famous Ajisai chain since it's somewhat hidden away on the second floor of the Hakodate train station. I still had to wait in line for 5-10 minutes...More

Ajisai is the most famous ramen restaurant in Hakodate. Their "Shio(salt) Ramen" is simply good.

Hakodate is famous for shio ramen, salt flavor noodle. Of course I ordered it. Just usual shio ramen. Not bad, but not so good. Just average. There are not many tables or chairs.
