If you're in Shizuoka, eel cooked in soy is a local specialty. I also happen to like eel. I was recommended here and was pleased with the food. Eel is expensive in Japan and I'm not sure how this affected my meal. So on value for money, I'm a little unclear. It was good food and a good experience.
