Very clean. Cool. Bright. Popular with Arabs. Not a tourist place. Great decor. Selections are Syrian and Jordanian including the Mansaf which is excellent. Service is attentive and friendly--mostly Egyptians. Definitely get the lemon with mint.

I arrived late and hungry after my night dive (restaurant was recommended by the dive shop owner). The food was tasty, plentiful and affordable (Aqaba is not cheap). After complimenting a painting near my table, the owner was called...he came to meet me, and proceeded to show me post cards of his travels and tell me how much "he loves... More

An othentic Syrian resto. Wide selection of dishes. All very good and satisfying. Service a little slow yet a very efficient and friendly staff. A good place to come back to.

We passed by this place without paying much attention to it the first time we were there. The next day we did a little research on where to eat and this place showed up on many review sites. So we went for lunch here. We ordered the local specialty fish rice and some kebabs aleppo style. The kebabs were very... More

Simple, straightforward, tasty and cheap. What more can you ask. Meat was a bit dry and chewy but everything else was fun to eat and share with friends. We will be back.

Wonderful meal. We had a fresh Denis (sea bream) fish, grilled right on the coal. The outer part was dark and crispy and inside it was soft and juicy. Simply brilliant. Salads were fresh and tasty and the service was professional and polite. A great restaurant with great value for money

Me and my mother were 11 days in Jordan and we came 5 times to Syrian palace. We really liked the food and the price was also good for the quality and quantity. The stuff was always very friendly, especially Rabi. I would come back anytime and I will miss the food. 5 stars...

Better to avoid the chicken as it was too dry but the rest of the dishes were great and in good value for money

Very friendly staff, basic furniture, but good food! Price-quality is a very good match! Their meat, but especially their fish is very very tasty. The fish is prepared in such a nice way, you can really savor the real taste! I'd recommend this one for sure to dine in Aqaba!
