This was the worst food we have eaten during our whole stay in Vietnam. My dish (supposed to be Thai beef salad) was just a pile of mint, carrot and a tiny bit of meat. Nothing Thai about it. We got served by a young man who did appear very unhygienically. Do yourself a favor; don't go there to eat.

Since I had never tried crocodile before I decided to get the crocodile curry. My friend wanted to try it as well but they said there was only one portion left. After getting my food the staff kept staring at me and laughing and even the cook came out and peeped over at me, said something in vietnamese and laughed... More

You don't mind grubby tablecloths with cigarette burns in, the menu is extensive and the food is reasonably good and well priced. It always seems to be busy, so they must be doing something right. We had a whole fish with chilli sauce for 99,000 vnd, it was very tasty. garlic chicken 85,000 that was a bit boring and bland.... More

We stayed one week in Mui Ne and tried a lot of restaurants. The moon was the worst!!! We ordered grilled prawns and got a big plate with ONE prawn with rice!! For 99.000 Dong. The staff was not very friendly and absolutely bored by their job. They were absolutely not interested in zge guests. At every other Restaurant we... More

We ate at this restaurant 3 times on our stay in Mui Ne. The food was very good and a great selection. |The staff were very pleasant and always had a good attitude. Only complaint was that the food for both people doesn't come out at the same time. Seemed that way though in all of Vietnam.

I just finished 3 nights at the moon guesthouse. Upon arriving very late at night, the women who spoke no english and had a young women translate insisted the price was $25 a night, even though i had been emailing previously and the posted price online was $15. She said this was because it was high season, it in fact... More

This was the worst meal we ate whilst in Vietnam. Despite not been busy service was very slow. Food lacked any flavour and the spring rolls looked as if they had been cooked at least twice! There is so many places to chose from in mui ne, I would not recommend the moon.

We went to the Moon Restaurant for a quick lunch as it was close to our hotel. There were two other tables of people there so we thought it must be okay. It took nearly twenty minutes before we finally got the attention of a staff member. They seemed to be more interested in walking around and chatting to each... More

We ordered "snapper" that came to us so over done that it was like rubber, ewe chewy fish! The service was marginal and too much cigarette smoke! The location was decent and the place was packed but I would not recommend it.

Never a problem. During the high season this place is packed. Not the best if you want local food. But the chicken breast is great, as are the banana frites with chocolate sauce. Looks like they are extending the kitchen at present. Which may help with the one occasion I have had to wait for my food.
