We knew about Lam Tong from many years ago because we used to stay at a nearby hotel. And we're very happy to find out that it is still going strong yet still keeps its laid back and cheap. We really enjoy their Singaporean noodles, fried squid spring rolls (cha gio) and sweet and sour squid. Their coconuts are big... More

Cheap tasty food, we always go back. The clay pot is amazing and beer is less than 50p. Even though you often have to make an effort to get the waiters attention it's well worth it.

We went there every morning for breakfast to eat the cheap and delicious pho and have a fresh and good fruit juice. Friendly staff, but unfortunately not the best service. Make sure that your waiter repeats your order to make sure, that you get what you've ordered. Very simple place, right at the beach with a nice view.

Large choice of local food, fish, seafood, spring rolls, fried rice, pho...We had also lobster but it was not as good as you can have in Europe or Canada and they grill it with Vache qui Rit ^^ We also ordered to take away one night and enjoyed food at our... Ask any local to recommend a seafood restaurant and they invariably point to Lam Tong. The restaurant is a simple no frills set up. You go there to eat fresh local seafood at a reasonable price. The waiters are nonchalant, so don't expect service with a smile, but they are nonetheless efficient. Tip: order anything live from the grill and... More

Went there for dinner. The First fish came pretty early but I had to wait 20 Minutes to get Mine. My girlfriend was already finished when I got Mine. They Forgot our Drinks aswell. Bad English . I would suggest going else where and spend 20k more for a proper Restaurant.

Beautiful spot. Right on the beach. Good value but...... terrible service. The grumpiest surliest staff ever. Clearly hate their job. Just toss food onto table. Never smile. Doing you a favour serving you!

We have been here many times over our two visits to Mui Ne . Service is laid back but the staff are friendly their English is not good so just take a bit of time and show them what you want by pointing to it on the menu. The food is good and cheap and the view of the beach... More

One of the best places for dinner in Mui Ne, Watch the sun set over the ocean, enjoy tasty inexpensive food, shout for the waiter across the crowded restaurant after waiting 20 minutes for some service. Your typical Seaside Vietnamese dining experience not to be missed.

The receptionist in our hotel suggested we tried this restaurant. We ate the freshest, tastiest food imaginable with decent sized helpings. Prawns with garlic, squid and prawn noodles wth mixed vegetables, spinach and garlic salad, spring rolls all served with kovely spicy sauces. Drinks included (big bottle of water and Tiger beer) Meal came to 120,000 dong, less than £4 for the two of us. Very popular with all the tourists and the Vietnamese - restaurant is on main street running through town but when you go in the restaurant is at side of the beach. We are back there tomorrow. One of the best and cheapest meals I have had in Vietnam so far. Do not miss this restaurant if you are in Mui Ne!
