Again, high expectation is not a good thing. Actually, the food and the atmosphere are ok, not much air conditioning. We ordered pizza, pasta and beer. The beer and bread are good, pizza and pasta are average to above average.

We ordered from here and although the food was reasonably tasty, it took ages to come and they forgot part of our order. Having said that the food was nice.

Beautiful interior, very authentic Italian. Pizzas are full of flavour, and done very well. They bring out a free basket of warm bread and dip. Which is a lovely added touch. Unfortunately my order was put through incorrectly, even after pointing to what i wanted...More

They just don't do Italian in Da Nang, Vietnam like they do in Chiang Mai, Thailand. That sound funny but it's true! As digital nomads we had fallen in love with one particular Italian joint in Chiang Mai. We eat keto and true Italian food...More

I believe lunch menu stop at 2 pm.
I returned to DaNang last month after living in Saigon for 4 years and Phu Quoc for 5 months. I had previously lived in DaNang for 4 years - total living time in Vietnam now 9 years. I have just purchased a Penthouse in DaNang and moved in a week ago. We had visited your restaurant 2 weeks ago enjoying a wonderful meal for both my wife and myself. The chef visited our table that night and I complimented him on the delicious taste. He informed me that night was his last night working. I was sad and concerned but he assured me the restaurant was in good hands with another Italian Chef. Today we were going to another restaurant however my wife asked if we could visit Limoncello. We agreed that I would try the Selection of 5 of Limoncello deserts as on the menu attached. When we arrived at the restaurant and seated I asked the waitress if I could have the desert selection and my wife ordered a pasta. The waitress could not get straight the order on the five (5) selections I made and my Vietnamese wife tried to translate. Still there was confusion as she wrote it and Chef Daniele came to the table to ask. He agreed she wrote it wrong and agreed to serve my five choices of Tiramisu, Mango Mousse, Panna Cotta Caramello, Strudel and finally Affogato Baileys. I asked the waitress to serve one at a time spacing them ten minutes apart. The first serving was Tiramisu- very good. Second was Mango Mousse also delicious. Third was Panna Cotta which was light and different. We took pictures of all four with me holding my fingers up counting 1 to 4. My wife finished her pasta and they removed her dishes and did not return. After about six minutes my wife called over the server speaking to her in Vietnamese about the fact they did not deliver my final desert of Affogato Baileys which we had asked for chocolate ice cream rather than vanilla. The staff said they had combined 2 deserts on one plate........ NOT..... we had taken pictures of each and tried to show the waitress the pictures but she declined to look. She went to get the Chef but he started saying it was his discretion of what deserts to serve contrary to our original order request and contrary to the menu (see attached). I gave the Chef my name card and asked for his. I paid for dinner with American Express 470,000 vnd. My Gran Desert was 295,000 vnd. I was low key and nice but insisted that they had not filled my order ........my wife agreed. The chef kept wanting to say he had the discretion to change the order and wanted to continue to convince me. The served me plain ice cream one scoup in a glass with NO Baileys Liquor at all. I did not touch it, just smelled it. When the staff refused I took the dish under the glass and tipped the glass upside down onto the dish just showing my disappointment and refusal to accept the item not ordered. I told the chef that I would write him, post the complaint with American Express and post the problem on Trip Adviser. I politely signed my credit card receipt for American Express put my card back in my money clip and left the restaurant. Shame to have a nice start and a very poor finish. It ruined the entire meal and evening for my wife and I. We drove to another restaurant to talk with that owner and told them about our experience. I am here in DaNang for next five years to retire, play golf every week and swim 5 times a week at Pullman Hotel Resort Club where I talk with dozens of foreigners a week. Guess what my topic will be about when food comes up?
