Pleased to find that Reaching Out Teahouse is still keeping standard hours during this period. Favorite tea and coffee shop whenever in Hoi An. A peaceful environment with lovely staff. Cookie tasting always has a great selection of snacks to go with the quality tea...and coffee.More

Everything about this place is exactly what you need in your life. From excellent tea, to delicious treats, to exceptional customer service. Sitting in the front window seats you can people watch the visitors on the street. They have a sister store with the most...beautiful handmade jewelry and household items. If you purchase at the sister store, you get a coupon for the tea house. The best part of this experience is the message. The store employed persons with different abilities. Both are definitely worth it. Highly recommend!More

We were on a cafe tour of Old Town and stumbled upon this peaceful place. There were noisy tourists outside but inside was great. We had beautiful plates, cups, trays, which emphasized the delicious taste of the teas we chose. In a very busy part...of town, but it's a great cause!More

I stumbled across this tea house by accident not knowing anything about its ethos but was glad to have found it. I was somewhat confused by the blocks on the table at first but the waitress quickly noticed me and bought me a menu. The...tea house is a welcome little oasis of calm. I ordered a pot of tea and the biscuit selection which was a very generous variety, delicious and beautifully presented. The waitresses were friendly and attentive. My favourite place in Hoi An, I loved it here.More

Before coming to Vietnam I searched for Asian style tea shops because I’m a big fan of drinking tea in the eastern style. Reaching out tea looked like a beautiful respite and so I book marked it. When we got to Vietnam and the tea...shop, I don’t know why I missed this but when you enter you are asked to utilize your other senses besides your voice. As I was taking in the beautiful scenery, all of a sudden I realized the staff were all using sign language! I just about cried because not only was I in the most beautiful tea spot but I had learned ASL 30 years ago and could understand about 2/3 of what the staff were saying! Wow! So, all that to say that this was an incredible magical moment for me, the tea was a delight, the ambiance was heaven, and I walked away with waves and big smiles from the staff. By the way, they have exquisite local made tea sets, jewelry, and small beautifully made souvenirs that support the deaf community. Love love love!More

Our Tea House is in Old Town, where, as you know no cars are allowed and motorbikes restricted. The easiest way, we find is to get a taxi to An Hoi and walk over the bridge. sure hope your parents can visit us
