I stopped by here for a beer and getting some much needed shadow for 1/2 hr. Beautiful place with friendly and smiling staff. Great location.

My wife and I had a great experience at this restaurant with a cooking class from the chef. We cooked 5 traditional Vietnamese courses from scratch including the famous Pho noodle soup and even sea bass in banana leaf. The chef made it very easy for us. Excellent English and even sent us the recipes in an email with photos... More

We came across Green Mango for lunch. We ordered gnocchi with pomodoro sauce (ok, softer than traditional gnocchi, sauce a little on watery side), a grilled chicken sandwich (more of a club sandwich, no flavor) and shrimp dumplings (good flavor), glass of champagne (served too warm), mojito (ok) and water (good temperature). The waitress was cold and quiet. No one... More

We had a wonderful teacher called Pineapple who helped us prepare and cook a four course meal which was fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed cooking the food I have never cooked before and the meal at the end was the best food I ate whilst travelling- it's fusion food so not strictly Vietnamese but it's so fresh it's incredible.... The food is very good , very different and delicious . The service is excellent too. Although this restaurant is a bit more expensive , the food and presentation of the food is worth it . We had the best cocktails in Hoi An here. Try the rocket rolls - delicious !

The cooking class was very good. I would skip the trip to the market. We went in the afternoon, but I'd recommend going on your own to the market someday in the morning. Our trip to the market consisted of stopping by a couple vendors so that we could buy cooking supplies or souvenirs if we wanted and they encouraged... More

A great experience, have some simple but delicious ideas to try at home. The course was led by a talented and entertaining chef, I really enjoyed it. Well worth a go.

A great evening spent with the restaurant owner cooking Vietnamese food. 5 dishes including dessert and freshly made sauces (vegetarian spring rolls, fresh papaya and chicken salad, beef Pho, fish cooked in banana leaves and mango sticky rice). All prepared by us under the supervision of a professional cook, including teaching of some culinary techniques and explanations about herbs and... More
