We end up accidentaly in this little restaurant, nicely located but not a beautiful one for the decoration. What to say? Maybe that among the 5 restaurants tested in Hoian, Red Sail was the best and the cheapest one! You can taste 2 full menus for the price of one dish in some other places. Everything is prepared "a la... More

Only Westeners eat here, and these Westeners apparently have no idea about how viet food should taste. Fresh spring rolls too sour and salty, my vietnamese girlfriends dish (a traditional Hoi an Dish) had barely any flavour, my crispy chicken with "the amazing chefs sauce" didnt come with any sauce at all. Instead, partially burned chicken nuggets with an at... More

Really great food and extensive menu. Unfortunate timing as there are redevelopment works going on right outside which are a bit noisy, but I guess ordinarily it has a great view over the river. Staff are so nice and friendly. Definitely worth popping in

Simple, family run restaurant with a warm welcome and tasty food. We had the local speciality Cao Lo with pork and it was delicious. Cheap beer and half price cocktails during happy hour. We enjoyed our takeaway Banh mi later that evening!

We initially tried this little restaurant on the waterfront because of the 10,000 Dong cold beer. Went back several times during our short stay in Hoi An. Evening the old city is very busy but this is lovely place to sit & watch the world go by. Food nothing special but beer good & they do great fruit juices.

Simple family run restaurant that serves in my opinion some of the best Vietnamese tea in Vietnam. Never eaten here but The tea and view alone is worth experiencing.

Down by the market you will find Red Sail, we have eaten here 3 times now and tried different dishes each night. Everything we have eaten has been full of flavour, authentically Vietnamese, inexpensive and satisfying. Well worth a visit.

We went to the local market and then cooked 3 dishes in the restaurant kitchen, very good experience and explanations and also cheap, only 15$! We couldn't even finish all our food...
