Had the bbq beef, chicken curry and cognac marinated prawn salad for a very late lunch in the patio overlooking the river. We were the only ones there but gosh the food was soooooo tasty. ( hungry boys I guess) the service was very friendly too. The setting is very "romantic in the day as In the night.

Almost accidentally went to Brothers Cafe but couldn't fault the food or service. The deep fried prawns coated in sticky rice were so fresh and tasty. Char grilled squid and a baked egg plant dish were sensational. Only one choice of white wine by the glass but it was very drinkable. It's a beautiful garden setting on the river. Well... More

Seated in a magically lighted garden next to the river, the ambience was superb. The staff were both plentiful and attentive, moving umbrellas when the rain started - the rain added to the occasion rather than detracting from it. The food was competent but perhaps not outstanding - but a wonderful evening.

The restaurant is in town with quite convenient access. The setting is nice, garden is beautiful. This restaurant is just on the river so it is very pleasant to sit outside when the weather is good. The food and service are so so

I don't mind paying more for great ambience but the food has to be good. To pay more and get less just doesn't sit right with me. We paid double the price of surrounding restaurants and the food just was not good. We did not even finish it. We got the Prawn Curry and the Beef Spicy Stir Fry. The... More

We really stopped by for the scenic river view tables and had their specialty brothers papaya salad which was delicious. I'll skip on the shrimp spring rolls as it was tiny kid size to be honest and thought it was a joke.

Delighted by the garden so stayed for a meal. Mistake. Recommend looking only and going elsewhere for drinks and food, both of which very overpriced and food mediocre.

To walk in from the street and go through to the river is fabulous. The garden is just lovely and the seating on the river is to die for with the soft lights quite romantic. Pity about the food. Not fantastic and overpriced. Believe the place used to be owned by Khai Silk people and we have dined at their... More

Colonial style restaurant, inside and outside seating. Great local food, and when you have finished an easy 5 to 10 minute walk down to the lanterns and night market

I visited here on my last trip to Hoi An and was really impressed. Sadly, this restaurant failed to meet the expectation of my memories. Seafood overcooked and poor quality rice papers.
