Beautiful building and location by the river, however they are trading on this, drinks were 2 or 3 times what you would pay else where food was not cheap and very ordinary, staff were friendly but not great. Worth seeing because of the location but that's it

Lovely setting. Frog chorus. Inadequate service. Grilled duck with spicy sauce that had no spice and was reheated. Definite hints of MSG in the bland seafood soup. Fillet steak and chips was fine. Local noodle soup was also okay.

We didn't plan to come here but arrived in the vicinity, and thought we'd give it a go. Somewhat off the beaten track it is in a lovely setting and is well appointed. There's even a friendly frog chorus to accompany your meal. Food was quite tasty and reasonable size portions though the delivery from the kitchen was a bit... More

Nice river side setting. We had a party of 10 and had 5 round tables next to each other so felt quite spread out. Prices are on the high side with a marker being a bottle of Larue beer being VND75,000. It took 25 minutes for the first order of drinks to arrive. Good selection of interesting foods on the... A great place to have a drink or a dinner (in the garden). The house is just amazing. However, even if not bad, we were a little bit disappointed by the food, which has nothing special. There are many best restaurants in Vietnam and this ons seems to be overrated.

Situated right on the river, close to the Anantara. Looks lovely as you walk past, but once seated it's all downhill. We dined outside on a beautiful evening. Service was poor, the staff preferred to chat to each other than take our order and explain the menu. Food was just so average. Vietnamese spring rolls tasted OK but serving was... More

Disclaimer: we didn't eat here so cannot comment on the food. We walked out. Because after we placed a drinks order from the little drinks menu a grumpy lady (maybe the manager) snatched them out of our hands and gave us a different menu. At the same time she snapped at our waitress for giving us these ones. She proceeded... More

The setting is lovely, sitting by the river it is a beautiful and peaceful scene. However, I thought the service was lacklustre, and that's the best that could be said, and the food quite ordinary. I also hate the 10% and 5% (service and VAT) being added on at the end. This is the only place I have eaten at... More

We had a group dinner at this beautiful resturaunt. We sat outside under the lantern filled trees near the noisy frog pond. The gardens on the premises were immaculate and like many buildings in Hoi An, the old world charm of this place was easy to see. The food was great and the service was also very good. I would...
