For what it is, this place is wildly expensive. There is no wifi. Having said that, the fish was fine. The service was good. It is near the farro and you pay for the waterside location.

The restaurant is located on a beautiful plaza with lovely "faroles" (street lamps/lanterns), where we sat outside on a beautiful summer evening. But that was the best part of the restaurant. The food was edible, but flavorless (spaghetti con mariscos), totally dry (suprema de pollo con salsa de anana), rubbery and greasy (gambas al ajillo). The salmon with salsa de... More

Used this place for a light lunch on New Years Day as the tables outside were well shaded and it looked interesting. The menu was pretty varied with something for everyone and the service very friendly and efficient. We were very pleased with what we ordered and delighted with the cost

Atmosphere was wonderful for my experience. We hung had a table outside under an umbrella and had dessert in the sunshine. I can't speak for the food, but the desserts were great as were the drinks. Prices were reasonable for this part of the island. And we actually got an 18% discount for using credit cards (maybe this is new...)

$34.69U.S. was a bit dear for two large beers and a plate of fried calamari. We learned later that many of the small restaurants and shops also accept cards. The calamari was overly breaded (commercial grade, not prepared on site). The atmoshere, there on the cobbled street corner under shady umbrellas was a nice way to slip in to Colonia... More

After having arrived at our hotel we went to this place, which is in a really nice spot in the old town. Food is average, service ok-ish and prices too high for quality on offer. Check for alternatives...

This was by far the worst 'food' I've ever had in a restaurant. I am not joking when I say the chicken was uneatable. I ordered the chef special salad and gambas in aioli. The salad was a bunch of uneatable chicken, cheese, tomato and one piece of lettuce. The gambas were no gambas but very small shrimps who were... More

The location is very nice and live jazz made a good ambiance. I ordered wine and gambas al ajillo. Bad choice, it was tasteless and seemed to have been microwaved. The quantity was large but you couldn't it eat even after adding pepper, salt and Tabasco. There was a lady next to me who ordered it and after the waitress... More

This eatery has a great spot in the heart of the historic centre of Colonia del Sacramento, with the river/ocean view. It has tables inside and out on the cobble stone plaza (Plaza Mayor 25 de Mayo). Their kitchen is open all day and their suggestions included: salmon with shrimps; beef in pepper sauce; seafood paella; and home made pastas.... More

Lovely restaurant with lots of atmosphere. Liked having the guitar player. A place where you could have a special meal. The decor is good and the restaurant very clean. Staff were exceptionally good - attentive and helpful without being intrusive. The place is a little pricey, but you do get well prepared food. Thoroughly enjoyed our soup and mushroom sauce...
