Excellent gourmet food and Uruguayan wines that you can't taste in other places. A true artist of cooking with 50 years experience all over the world. A magic location. Unfogettable

tripadvisor indicated us this place nearly as the top address in Colonia to eat fish... believe me, it revealed to be something completely different for us! I booked and the reservation was taken by the friendly owner Carlos and when we arrived, I have to...More
We discovered this amazing place completely by happy accident during a recent weeklong stay in Colonia. While out walking in the Barrio Historico, we were invited into a home of some USA expats liviing there. We told them how boring we found the food to...More

Don't miss this restaurant, open only at noon, certain days. Owners accommodating, entertaining and friendly. Gourmet eating at an excellent price. Salmon with leek sauce is our favorite. Great coffee, desserts gourmet. Retro atmosphere is not to be missed.

The restaurant decor is very unique! It's a museum itself, I am sure it was converted from the owners' house. The menu was not big, but very exquisite! Must get the squid rings, the lamp rack, and the ravioli!!!!!! The tea I ordered was served...More
