Beside goose meat served with bulgur rice; their special goose liver is awesome; Evelik soup which is made with nettle and other local herbs is also tasty, they also offer as beverage; homemade sharbet with basil which is a fresh choice
Being in the top 3 most recommended restaurants in town in nearly every guide, Kars Kaz Evi was our second dinner stop in Kars. We still regret the choice, what a total disappointment!
