Rumeli Pastanesi has been a staple dessert place in Cesme for as long as Cesme has been around and is historically significant. Delicious desserts and icrecream. Old school awesomeness.

This place is great for having a wide variety of ice-cream flavours and some Turkish delights. I tried kazandibi, trilece and ice-cream with damla sakizi (gum mastic), balbadem (almond with honey) and loved them. During our stay, we visited this place several times to try...different flavours.More

Must taste its kazandibi. Ice cream. It is among top two. Here and Imren are our favorite paces. Clean and it is historical place. It has its own recipes for deserts. Good quality ingredients very clean

During our summer holiday in Cesme I would like to visit as many patisseries and restaurants as possible in order to have an idea at least to decide for a possible second/continuous visit. However when I got there for the first time, (and as you...might guess actually for the last) the staff and someone who seemed to be the owner surprisingly started to glorify the patisserie, claiming how tasty and fresh all their products were and I decided to try chocolate ice cream together with sesame seed pastee mixed with thick nuts and cereals ice cream which was offered as a special taste. My experience was horrible especially after such an expectation created by the owner? and I was shocked; cause the chocolate ice cream tasted as if the chocolate was low quality, not the best as they claimed and their special (!) ice cream with sesame seed pastee was over sweet that I could not bear more than one trial. And I cannot believe how it was ranked number1 patisserie all over Izmir as if there is no other option; although there are various options including Reyhanwhich should have ranked number 1.More

Perfect ice cream (they have a goat flock milking for their products only!) perfect desserts. I recommend you to visit there not after the meal.

I thought the place was really good. The pistachio was a bit overrated but the clementine orange was fantastic!

The ice cream is amazing but its really difficult to eat because its consistence is firm and sticky. Nevertheless, taste is brilliant

The delicious ice cream in hot wheather felt like cold water in the desert . You should try the gummy ice cream which is very special.
