My husband and I came across this lovely little restaurant on a walk back from the harbour. We decided to visit that very same evening. We were shown to a lovely little table with perfect roof top views. My husband had decided on the Belgins Special and I had choosen the Turkish ravaoli. Much too my disappointment I didn't like... If you're looking for traditional homemade Turkish food then this is the place. You can tell it has been made fresh as it takes a little bit longer, but it is well worth the wait. Great value and service.

Looked pretty and the menu looked nice as well so popped upstairs. First of all you have a choice of lounging around on cushions eating your food or upping another level to seating around tables. We chose the latter due to my knees and had an even better view of other restaurants and the harbour. Really tranquil setting. We opted... More

I'm sad that I'm having to write a negative review as we were so looking forward to our meal out. I had booked a table and chosen the table I wanted 2 days before, on arrival we were asked where we wanted to sit only to find the table that we reserved already taken, we then sat at another sitting... This is my favourite restaurant in Kalkan hands down!! Chilled out, beautiful setting and THE best prawn casserole I've ever had! Can't wait to go back in a few days on my next trip to Kalkan

Just got back from a great meal at this restaurant. Sat on cushions on the floor under a pergola in the traditional area. Terrific ambience & service excellent. You must try my choice, the beef kebab on aubergine, fantastic - my husband ordered the roast lamb & enjoyed his. Our first night in Kalkan & will definitely be coming back.... More

My boyfriend and I went there as we had seen the lovely ottoman style setup from an overlooking restaurant... So we decided to stop in for a cocktail before dinner somewhere else... The result.. I left most of my pina colada . Minimal alcohol and syrupy as if straight out of a premixed bottle. Limp mint leaves and flat soda... More

We ate there twice in October 2015, first on the roof terrace and secondly in the divan downstairs. Both times the food was excellent (proper Turkish, not Turkish food for Europeans) and the service very good. More reasonably priced than most of the tourist traps in Kalkan.
