We were turned away, they asked if we are dining or just came for a drink. We already had meal so we said we will have a drink but we are here for a week. They then said sorry we were only welcome if we...are going to have a meal. Well we ended up going to a restaurant not far from them with same views and who have been more welcoming. We ended up going to other place several times to dine and have a drink so it was their loss.More

We ate here on the second day of our holiday and were not very happy! First the waiter was pushy and tried to get us to order over priced lobster. When we refused he did not seem very impressed. We both ordered calamari to start,...had 3 mouthfuls and put it aside as it was awful and tough. We told the waiter it was not very nice and tough and he said he would inform the chef. We both ordered steak which was cooked well But could have been a bit hotter. When it came to the end of the meal, we asked the waiter why we had been charged for our starter and he informed us that because we ate 3 mouthfuls and so they were not able to take it off the bill! Overall i think if you order over priced lobster from the menu you’ll get good service, don’t eat more than 3 mouthfuls of food if you don’t like it as you won’t get refunded. The view was amazing but this is what you pay for here - Not good service and over priced food and drink and you’ll feel rushed to get out.More

Visited here to celebrate a special occasion and it did not disappoint. We didn’t book but they managed to squeeze us in luckily however you should book if you want to visit. We got a taxi up which cost 100 lira. We ordered steak, surf...and turf, a lovely bottle of wine and 3 cocktails. Food and drinks were all outstanding. Steak cooked to perfection. They provided bread olives and dips to start complimentary. The staff were so attentive and gave great customer service. The views were amazing. We arrived when it was still light and stayed until dark and got to see Alanya lit up. They gave us a free ride back to our hotel after the meal. Would highly recommend this restaurant!More

Outstanding views! Absolutely beautiful. The customer service was fantastic too. I highly recommend this restaurant as the breath taking views are unique. Best time to go is probably sunset.

Dropped in for lunch after catching the Dolmus up to the castle and walked part way back down the hill. Lovely food, great service, and great Pinot grigio. Really reasonable prices. £50 for a family of 4

Wonderful selection of food from grilled, seafood to chicken and steaks. Chance to relax with the stunning view of Alanya. During the afternoon, the staff were attentive and welcoming, providing a table with the view of the city. We are the type of people who are very easy to please but our experience at Panorama is a 50-50. The food, the ambiance, the view, the place were all excellent except from one…the waiter. We were there on July 28, 2022 at 17:00. We...sat at Table 61. (That’s the table number that was written on our bill). The whole thing was great but the waiter just messed up our positive mood and energy by being so argumentative and arrogant. Not the type of server you would want in a fine restaurant like Panorama. We paid and left at 20:02. 😔😔😔More

Horrendous restaurant . Lobster price is a fraud with customers. If you see any good reviews , that’s only for 2 reasons. 1) great view from the restaurant ( before entrance of the restaurant is better views though) 2) review giver become a fool, so,...he /she to inspire other people to be fool.More

Only the view is nice. The food isn't anything special. Ordered tomahawk steaks but the cut was with a lot of parts you couldn't chew. I think 20% I just had to cut of and not eat. The mix platter wit meat as starter is...a joke. For that price we didn't expect some crackers, raisins and a few slices of sausage. All in all disappointed.More

Booked a tablet with a reservations at 20.30. Table wast not ready until 20.50. The staff was rude and did not even apologize for not having the table ready.

The view is amazing it’s romantic and breathtaking but there is a but the food is average and the staff need more training Otherwise the company and the view made it a wonderful experience
