This is the best of the best! Liver is coming from directly from slaughtering, never enters or waits in fridge! Kebaps both grounded or minced bot from young lambs ribs. No other fat just the fat on the ribs! Salads are great. You can also...try lamb heart, testicles, spleen if you want something different. All are coming directly from slaughtering! Special seasoning for testicles which you need to try at least once! Owner is very friendly and famous. You just need to say hi!More

Stumbled upon this amazing Ciğer place at Adana during our food exploring trip to Gaziantep/Adana and hands down the best Ciğer and Ģobrek durum and platter was served pipping hot from the stoves. The owner Mr.Mehmet was kind and attentive to all his guests serving...dishes himself. We were lucky to take some snaps of ourselves cooking the ciğer too :D Must visit. Worth the price. Worth the experience.More

If you are in to offal, you can't miss this spot. It's still not very well known among visitors, therefore still easy to be seated with maybe a short wait. No alcohol is served, so you can choose to have lunch here if your time...is limited. Try anything you fancy from the menu and you will not regret!More

This is a hidden gem of incredible tastes! My father and I were in Adana for two days and we had dinner at this authentic restaurant on both nights! We tasted all the meat types in two nights and there is absolutely nothing no flows....All types of meat were cooked to perfection!!! Amazing gourmet experience on the street food. Bring your own alcoholic beverage and they will accommodate it. What else do you want!More

I think by far all the kebabs I have tasted in Turkey, Adana had the best and this place helped me come to the conclusion. Their price range varies on how much you order and I only paid 35 lira for a single meal. The...appetizers that come infront of you are just amazing and perfectly seasoned and salted. There are seating places outside, but there are a couple of seating areas inside as well. The traffic in the restaurant is ongoing, but if possible I would recommend outside area. I ate Adana kebab and it was sizzling in my mouth, and left a great taste later. Meat was very fresh and you can see that when you are eating. I would definitely recommend to try the “şalgam suyu ”/ turnip juice or just have it with “Ayran”/ yogurt drink. All in all, the meal was appetizing, if I would ever go back to Adana, this place would one a definite restaurant I would eat.More

We’ve heard this place from a friend’s local friend. This is probably the best Adana Kebab I’ve ever had. All the other meat; ciger, kaburga, uykuluk, kusbasi... we’ve tried all and they all melt in your mouth.. We met the owner and he told us...that he still buys all the ingredients himself, collecting all form different places. This is one of the best experiences. I strongly recommend everyone to try Mehmet Usta’s food.More
