An otherwise excellent breakfast was spoiled because soda is served in small cans for $2.25 and you only get one. Unfortunately, I'm not a coffee drinker because you get an "endless" cup of coffee for less money .
The owner thought that was reasonable because...you got some "service" with it.More
My wife and I have been coming to Alex Bay for over 10 years and we always start our day at the Chez Paris. Many many great food items and specials. The OJ is always cold and the coffee hot. Stop in and say hi...to Tammy.More
We always have our breakfast here everyday of our annual visits. The food is excellent and the wait staff is. Always attentive and courteous. The owner Tammy is always friendly and greats her customers.

I love diners. Always like the diner feel as opposed to the more formal restaurant setting. Diners with gleaming stainless steel outer walls, retro 50's stools and tables, friendly people, locals and travelers, changing dishes, laughter, and waitresses who know when your coffee cup needs...filling. Well, the Chez Paris is not exactly like my fantasy diners, but it is still a great choice for breakfast, prices reasonable, clean and open airy feel, and super fast service. If you go to 1000 Islands and Alexandria Bay, make it a point to go there for a bite to eat. You will be pleased indeed, as my wife and I were during a July 2019 trip.More
