We got a nice table with a view and we've been served by Bart's charming and professionel angels. Good food, lovely presentation. We had an interesting bottle of Zinfandel 2010, perfectly served in a carafe. Prices accordingly. A nice place to be in Patong.

Amongst the chaos of Patong, first impressions of this place when you arrive and the lift are ‘really?!’ but once you have reached the 9th floor it’s a totally different story. As the lift door opens, you can tell this is decent place by the...More

Like the previous reviewer, we were disappointed with the quality of food. Portions were large but they tasted like something you'd get from a typical diner. We ordered the Onion Soup & oysters as starters, which were good. But the mains - Claypot Roasted Chicken...More

Had quite high expectations for the restaurant, but left disappointed. On walking in the views are nice as is the setting, however did lack ambience as only a couple of tables were taken (9pm on a Saturday). Each had a main and glass of wine...More

Only thing good about this place is the view. Apparently they were owned by Swedes a few years back and that where the good reputation comes from. Not to toot my own horn but I’m from NY and expect a standard when it comes to...More

We went to the restaurant on my 40th birthday and had a great time. The starters were amazing and the view from The Ninth Floor is great. The main course (some alle cooked beef) was a bit of a letdown compared to the starters but...More

Reasonably priced, this place has great view of the city. Since we were looking for vegetarian food, they did not disappoint us. Baked egg plant came out very well, and the chef needs to be commended for that. Drinks (single malts) are very reasonably priced....More

Spicy and healthy. Many of them are very mild. Check well at the time you order. Mostly on the menu it would have a degree of spice next to each item. Countless number of Thai restaurants everywhere. You can’t miss it. So... More

The Thai food menu is quite limited and I haven't tried any of the four or five dishes. We go there for 'Farang' food. If you want fabulous Thai food in an amazing setting try Baan Rim Pa on Patong beach.
