A cosy and simply designed cafe hidden in a small lane off a main road between a Japanese restaurant and a tattoo parlour, run by an Aussie lady who has been living in Phuket for a while. She cooks homely affordable Aussie brekkies which would be comfort to some who might want something different from local food but do not... More

I had the eggs benedict and my son had the big breakfast with an iced coffee and it was awesome. At Cafe Siam they use real milk and I call it real bread (like whats in Australia) not the sweet bread used in Thailand the staff are very friendly and have so much information to share.

Me and my son went here for breakfast and enjoyed it, though I must say the way the food was arranged was a bit bad but the taste was very good. The full breakfast filled me up

If anyone can take me to a place outside of the UK and it is better than cafe Siam within the same price range I am willing to give them £1000. The breakfast here is superb. Big brekky for 199 baht using the finest ingredients is incredible. This cafe serving two eggs, thick toast with butter, bacon, sausage, grilled tomato... More

Was getting tired of eating Thai food for breakfast so tried this place. Just got toast, but everything they had looked amazing and fresh. Lady who runs this place is super friendly, very welcoming and kind, felt very comfortable here. Restaurant was also super clean.

The cafe opens at 0830, we were greeted by the owner who was very welcoming. The coffee is great, and the breakfast was a thoughtfully put together cafe affair with all organic sources. The food was delicious and full of flavour, highly recommended. Disregard any negative reviews of this cafe they are deliberately placed by competitors.
