Small and peaceful cafe with incredible view and nice coffee with varieties of patisserie. Great place for doing nothing but relax.

We stopped for lunch at Sweet Mae Salong Cafe and were not disappointed. We all had grilled Panini's, tea, hot chocolate and traditional Thai tea. The Thai tea is incredibly delicious. We also sampled their desserts, which are very fancy and delicious. The view over the mountains is spectacular and the seating area is lovely!

Our last visit was disappointing. The owners decided to take the month off. When you travel 100's of kilometres to find the only offerings are water instead of the usual awesome cake and coffees it is a very disappointing

A Doi Mae Salong trip would not be complete without a visit to this lovely cafe. Resting inside the coffee shop is like finding an oasis in the desert. It's one of the hidden treasures of the town aside from its people. At any time of the day, it offers that steady, and relaxing pace. Enjoy a cup or two... More

What a great find! Overlooking the steep slopes of the adjacent tea terraces one can sit on a lovely porch and enjoy the greatest cakes, creme brulee, panini, espresso, latte and the works. Who would have guessed that there are such delights to be found in this remote location? It is one of the cases where I debate whether to... More

Superb quality cakes, coffee and view. Lady owner very helpful with advice on gluten free options. Could be deemed pricey in such a remote location but well worth it for the quality.

- Super coffee and cakes, friendly service - at that time - scary trip to the toilet via an overhanging stairway

Stopped here with a group of us so we were able to try almost all of the available desserts-each one better than the next! Fantastic coffee, amazing view. I LOVED this place. Honestly, some of the nicest desserts and coffee I have ever had-not just in Thailand-but period.

probably the best cakes and tarts I have ever had! And that is not only in Thailand. Given the location it is just amazing how that can be achieved.
