The dishes were beyond than my expectations, yummy. Try the BBQ chicken, leave-wrap fish, fried squid (there are two types of cooking, both excellent). Pricing is very reasonable and it worth a visit, for sure.

This restaurant is located on Phaholyothin Road on the right side before the main bridge ;eating away from the city of Chiang Rai going to Mae Sai. If you see a 7/11 store on your left, you may have already passed the restaurant. There are both indoor garden seatings and indoor seatings at the restaurant. The main wooden building look... More

Real authentic northern style foods. Their taste were great in all dishes. Highly recommend to try "Smoked fried pork" and "Kang Hang Lay". You will love it. All staffs were friendly and active. Price was reasonable.

Not a touristy place, which is good for me. I took 2 friends there, one was Australian who loves Thai food, and the other was American. The location is near town, nothing fancy, the decoration was like normal Thai house. We sat in a non air-conditioned room, and that was not a problem except the mosquitoes. The food was excellent,... Really, there is no reason whatsoever to go there. There's about 15 staff per client and they still manage to reheat food and give a poor service.

We were hungry and didn't know where to eat. I saw this place so we parked and went in. I only wish I had known that it was a Northern Thai restaurant. It became quite busy after we had ordered. I was looking for familiar choices on the menu but wasn't seeing them, so we took a chance. While our... More

Salungkham Cuisine or Northern Thai cuisine is not for everyone even for Thai. I for one had to learn to like the taste after several attempts. However for people who enjoy Northern cuisine, the place had the whole menu filled with various different dishes. The dishes at this restaurant are quite big therefore it was difficult to order for small... More

The food is not as good as a price. Average taste, can be found on normal local restuarants with cheaper price. The place wasn't decorated much, a bit dirty especially toilet. Im sorry but I wont come back again.
