Its a mainstay in Taichung. One can not go wrong at Fingas. The service is sometimes weakish but the food is always good.

The friendly owners really like to make you feel at home. There are vegetarian and vegan options on the menu, and you can stop by the small grocery aisle before you leave to pick up expat delights.

Wonderful food. Excellent shop inside selling wonderful European condiments and cheeses. Great bread. I've reserved 2016 Christmas Dinner here.

My favorite place to eat in Taichung. Love it. The omelettes are amazing. The lasagna is unreal and the burgers are so good. Great owners, great place to eat.

Finga's is a nondescript cafe and grocery store on the Westside of Taichung which is easily missed if you don't carefully look. It is worth finding for the best rye, pumpernickel, Italian, and sourdough bread in Taichung; not the airy substitutes you find in other bakeries in Taiwan. They serve sandwiches, breakfast, and real Italian sausages in addition to canned... More

The people are nice, the restaurant is relatively clean, but the food just doesn't do it for me. In all honesty, I would have rather saved the money and instead made a PB&J at home. There are plenty of other places in the area if you are looking for a western meal. I would give them a shot first.

I've eaten here a few times and it is always s pleasant experience. I must admit i have only had three dishes which is the roast beef dinner, the english breakfast and eggs benedict with bacon. All three dishes i highly recommend although my favorites are the first two ;~)

Good bread can be hard to find in Taichung but is plentiful at Finga's Basic decor, nothing fancy but the food is good. I enjoyed the spaghetti when I needed a familiar taste.

Fingas has a great selection of popular western foods including burgers, deli sandwiches, Italian pasta dishes and Mexican food. They also serve breakfast and have a simple but to the point one page breakfast menu. One of my breakfast favorites is their Eggs Benedict. They also have their own homemade ice creams and sorbets which are international standard quality. They... More
