I’m in the area a few times a year for work and tend to stay at the hotel where this restaurant is located. Conveniently located right near the airport and also don’t have to leave the hotel for a quick meal. The flatbreads are pretty...good but I always get the short rib sandwich. House made fries are good and comes with a small side of coleslaw. Not too pricey, the atmosphere is nice and staff has always been polite and accommodating while I’m there. Will certainly continue to go in my frequent trips back.More

I ordered the beat salad with greens, goat cheese and lemon citrus dressing. Additionally, I order the Salmon with Maple Sriracha glaze. It was accompanied with two pieces of ciabatta bread. Was quite impressed. I sat at the bar and Bill was convertible knowledgeable and...ensured the meal was, “as ordered”! The food was exceptional and I will definitely be back, the next time I am in the area. This restraint is part of the Hotel Indigo, an IHG property. The hotel and staff awesome as well. Give it a try! I am from Minneapolis and travel weekly. This was a pleasant surprise! Enjoy!More

Bar and dining room in one, attached to small hotel, not far from the airport. Casual eatery. Interesting american bistro menu. Had the Charquiterie plate. Could be dinner for one or nice share for 2 or 3. Interesting. The sausage flat bread was crisp and...tasty. Place was nearly empty on a Friday nite, but it was also the start of a holiday weekend. Would go back.More

I had been here several years ago to see a band. It doesn't look like they have entertainment anymore. Small menu but the food is delicious. The wait staff is exceptional.

While the service was efficient, eating at the bar it seemed that they- servers, bartender, owner/manager, cooks - were not aware that guests could hear their conversations. The best was when the cook came out and yelled at the bartender for how she'd placed my...order. It came out perfectly for me. as she was I'm confused about the problem. I know she was confused because she talked about it with the server and other guests until I got my check. The owner/manager scolded her practically right in front of me. Just not a comfortable situation. I'll get in my car and visit any number of other restaurants nearby next time. Or maybe just stay at the hotel across the street next time I have an early flight out if Albany.More

We were staying at the hotel, so this was very convenient, even though the desk clerk didn't tell us we could access the restaurant from the hotel when we told him we were going to eat there (it was raining). Food was quite good. I...had the flat bread, which was very well done and tasty. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very nice and kept up a good conversation without overdoing it.More

Saturday evening my wife surprised me with dinner at Blu Stone Bistro. It was our first experience at the restaurant but it will not be our last. The vegetarian flatbread was delicious. Crisp and enjoyable. Because of a delay with the flatbread, we were offered...a another glass of wine on the house. My entree was the pesto chicken and my wife had the summer salmon. Both were delicious. We also appreciated the more European serving sizes. The wait staff were friendly and very helpful. As a surprise early birthday treat, I really have to thank my wife for suggesting dinner at Blu Stone Bistro. We will return.More

Went here on Wednesday night - was alone, wanted a good dinner. Had read some reviews, and while they wavered from good to not so good, it was close and had a menu with some items which sounded good. I was the only person in...the dining room the entire time I was there. Really, all the tables were empty, and no one else came in over the hour I was there. The empty parking lot should have clued me in, but....... There were 5-6 people at the bar on one end of the dining room, and they seemed to be "regulars", and not eating a dinner, but perhaps drinking their dinner. They were loud, but having a good time. The bread and oil they gave you pre-meal was delicious, and the best part of the meal. I had a filet with mashed potatoes (yummy, but a little over garlic'ed), and seasonal vegetables (what a waste - they were limp and tasteless). The filet, which I was told by the waitress was delicious, tender and a favorite, was tasteless and tough even with a steak knife. If that was one of the favorites, imagine what the rest of the food is like. Sorry, I will not go back. I would recommend that there are other places to try before you go there.More
