We really wanted fish as Deck's next door, but there was a large teenage party going on and we were hungry. This was very good food although not what we are used to in America. The service and atmosphere were good and we watched the sunset while eating. Sushi was good and soup was delicious and different than what we... More

For many years (over 20 in my experience) the Pagoda was the go to place for Chinese in Israel - there were many different choices and sauces - all good - and the ambience was excellent for families or romantic couples. Although catering to the tourist (mostly American) crowd, it was enjoyed by all. Then it went terribly downhill -... More

First: I would definitely pass unless you are obsessed with OK Asian food. If you want kosher, you can go to Decks next door. This place is really well known by tourists and he a strong reputation, but it's really just average and very overpriced. Food is very heavy...you leave feeling very bloated and unhealthy. Deserts are actually very good... More

Half a day into our trip to the north, things got hungry in our car... We asked around and heard Pagoda from a few people. Our kids aren't Chinese food fans, and yet they LOVED this place. We are Chinese good fans, and we loved it as well. All the portions we ordered we very tasty and prepared very professionally.... More

Situated directly on the Kinnert, The Sea of Galilee, the Pagoda restaurant has great views, authentic Chinese and Thai cuisine, always made fresh and to order. With all the flavors you would expect including classic coconut and curry, their dishes are spiced to perfection. Their beef, fish, chicken, duck, tofu and vegetarian options are plentiful and there are options for... More

I haven't found any asian food in northern Israel better than Pagoda. They have a lot of nice and tasty classics and are reasonably priced. I would definitely visit again

Just an overall pleasant meal. Lots of food for the price and the waitress was honest enough to tell us that our order was enough for both of us and we wouldn't need two main dishes. Paulaner Hefeweizen on tap served in the proper beer glass always helps!

Our tour group had lunch here, with most ordering the St. Peter's fish. If you don't know, St. Peter's fish is tilapia. As per normal, it was scored, seasoned and baked with the skin and head remaining. It was tender and perfectly cooked, however it lacked flavor. The side dishes were wonderful. Throughout, our servers took great care of us.

If you are traveling the northern part of Israel and yearn for delicious Asian food, Chinese, Japanese and/or Thai , this is the place to go. I dare not give directions because I made a few wrong turns. Use Waze or Google Maps, put in the destination as Pagoda in Tiberias and follow the directions explicitly. If you make the... More
