We were excited to try this authentic bread and ordered one for each person in the family. The guy making them was not very friendly and didn’t really ask what each person wanted, so that effected our feelings of the place. In the end we...More

This place is located in the amazing elkabets st, which has many small stores... The food is simple and great! There is option of gluten free! All is made on the spot. Another “must stop” at Tzfat!

Great Yemenite savoury pancakes with creative drinks and a unique atmosphere. The pancakes' filling was vegetarian with three different kinds of cheese which was made in Safed.

I loved the ambience of this quaint little restaurant and liked the laid back atmosphere. The food was fresh, tasty and and original. However the pancake was tasty but not very filling. Therefore I would recommend the place for a tasty snack but not for...More

Great lunch, highly recommend. Food prepared while you watch, something different from what you find in the states. Very reasonably priced.

Surpassed my expectations. Cool to see it being cooked. Great spongy crispy flat bread. Fresh ingredients. Well balanced flavor.

Passed by during our guided tour group outing to Tzfat, asked the tour guide if we could just eat there, but he said no, the tour group was providing lunch. When lunchtime came (after visiting the synagogues and art galleries), we were informed that another...More

It was entertaining to watch as they made our Yemenite “crepe”. We’ve also heard it referred to as a Yemenite “burrito”.... or a Yemenite pizza. Whatever it’s called, it’s soooooo gooooood! We’ll go again! And very reasonable.
