This restaurant has amazing vegetarian and vegan food, and is overall a fantastic culinary journey. The menu offers everything from shakshouka and hummus to omelettes, soups, salads, and stir-fry. All of the food are locally sourced and prepared right in the restaurant, which adds to...the high quality of the meals and the well-deserved pride that they take in their restaurant.More

We had a very tasty meal at Elements. I had an excellent vegetarian Sloppy Joe and my wife had soup. We both had great drinks, a great home made ginger ale and a milk drink. Desserts were excellent. Service was very attentive (Zev is the...consummate host!), but a bit slow.More

My friend and I went to Elements for dinner tonight and couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you to the wonderful, hospitable owner for staying open for us long past closing time. The food is fresh, healthy and delicious! After a long day of skiing,...the Indian stir fry was the perfect healthy reboot. The unique spicy, nutty dip to go with it is incredible; I will be trying to mimic it at home in the USA. And the desserts! They are delicious and yet healthy- Certainly the first desserts I have had that leave me feeling energized instead of sluggish. Can't wait to visit Safed again to try more items on the menu:)More

Great restaurant with relaxed vibe and delicious and nourishing vegan comfort food including pizzas, pastas, soups, salads, etc. Food is well prepared, with nice attention to detail. Restaurant is comfortable, roomy, and relaxed - a perfect place for the weary traveler to hang out in,...get fed, and get recharged. The owner, Zed, is a super-personable guy, a great talker, and a genuinely hospitable person.More

We were there during the days before Christmas. Even if it has good choices for vegans, the waiting time is very long, but there is just the owner that makes everything and it can be reasonable, but when we asked for bread to eat our...scrambled tofu we to wait 10 minutes for 1 slice of bread served (not served) by the hands of the owner. It’s not clean and rude. Expensive.More

I did not eat here. I only spoke with the restaurant owner, Zev, a former resident of the USA. The ingredients are healthy and the dishes sound amazing.

The owner of the restaurant is great - friendly, helpful, and a really good cook. The food was excellent. Everything is gluten free and many things are vegan. If you need gluten free and/or vegan food in Tzfat, this is the place to go.
